Cleaning & Maintenance Service Agreement
Thank you for choosing Everything Solar to help protect and maintain your solar investment. Clean, well-maintained panels perform better, last longer, and save you more. Below are the details of our services and rates to help you plan confidently.
🧼 Solar Panel Cleaning
Regular cleanings help your panels operate at peak efficiency by removing dirt, pollen, bird droppings, and debris.
Roof-Mounted Panels:
0–20 Panels: $199.99
21–30 Panels: $249.99
31–40 Panels: $299.99
40+ Panels: $299.99 + $5 per additional panel
Ground-Mounted Panels:
0–20 Panels: $149.99
21–30 Panels: $199.99
31–40 Panels: $249.99
40+ Panels: $249.99 + $5 per additional panel
💧 Water Source Fee:
If a water source is more than 50 feet from the panels, a $25 setup fee will be added to cover hose extension and transport.
🌱 Ground Mount Grass Management
Keep the area around your ground-mounted system clear to maintain airflow and prevent shading.
Weed Eating: $75/hour (1-hour minimum)
Round-Up Application: $75/gallon (1-gallon minimum)
🌳 Tree Limb & Shrub Removal
Removing overgrown trees or shrubs can help reduce shade and boost your solar production.
Starting at $200/hour (1-hour minimum)
Final cost depends on the size and accessibility of the area. We’ll provide an estimate before beginning.
💳 Invoicing & Payment
After your service is complete, you’ll receive an invoice including:
The selected cleaning and maintenance services
Any applicable water access or material fees
Sales Tax (6.5%) and Processing Fee (3%)
Payment is due within 3 days of the service completion. Payments made after 3 days will be subject to a 1% late fee per day.

Our team is fully insured and trained in rooftop and electrical safety.
You’ll receive before-and-after photos with every cleaning.
We’ll flag and report any visible issues we notice during service.
