Thank you for choosing Everything Solar. Our goal is to help you get the most out of your solar system through reliable, expert service. Below is what you can expect when scheduling a diagnostic and repair visit with us.
1. Flat Rate Travel Fee – $200 per visit
This covers our team’s time and transportation to your property. It applies to every service visit, even if multiple visits are needed.
2. System Diagnosis – $175 per hour (1-hour minimum)
Once on site, we’ll inspect your system to identify what’s causing the issue. You’ll be billed for the time our team spends troubleshooting and repairing, starting at one hour.
3. Parts & Materials Labor – Starting at $175 per hour
If your system needs new parts, we’ll provide pricing up front. If replacements are needed, labor is billed separately from diagnostic time. We’ll always explain what’s needed and get your approval before moving forward. We use quality, warranty-backed materials and will never install anything without your permission.
After your visit, you’ll receive an itemized invoice for:
The $200 travel fee
Time spent diagnosing and repairing
Any approved materials or parts
Applicable sales tax (6.5%) and processing fee (3%)
Payment is due within 3 days of the service visit.
Payments made after 3 days are subject to a late fee of 1% per day until the invoice is paid in full.
Payments can be made via: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Cashapp, or Check
We’ll communicate clearly and honestly about your system’s condition.
You’ll always know what you’re being billed for—no surprise charges.
Our technicians are solar specialists with years of hands-on experience.
If follow-up visits are needed, we’ll coordinate with your schedule.
